HOW IT
WORKS:

BOOK A PHONE CONSULT >
Getting started with a DVA claim can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure where to begin or what you are entitled to. Our team brings everything together, from understanding your situation, to completing the right medical assessments, through to preparing and submitting your claim, and of course, providing the medical care you need. You are guided at every step, with a process that is designed to be simple, supportive, and handled properly from the start. From your first conversation through to ongoing care, you are not left to work it out on your own.

STEP 1:

SPEAK TO A TRAINED
VETERAN ADVOCATE

You’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation with one of our trained, ex-military advocates. We’ll understand your service history, injuries or conditions, and help identify your eligibility for DVA claims and entitlements. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of where you stand and what the next steps look like.

STEP 2:

MEDICAL ASSESSMENT
WITH A DOCTOR

You’ll meet with one of our experienced doctors for a full medical assessment to support your DVA claim. This may include permanent impairment assessments where required. All reports are completed by doctors who understand what DVA requires, ensuring your claim is properly supported.

STEP 3:

WE PREPARE & SUBMIT
YOUR DVA CLAIM

Our team prepares and submits your DVA claim on your behalf, including all required documentation and supporting medical evidence. We manage the process from here and communicate with DVA for you, so you are not left navigating it alone

STEP 4:

CLAIM PROGRESSES
& ONGOING CARE

As your claim progresses, we continue supporting you as your ongoing veteran GP. Once approved, your treatment and care are typically funded through DVA, with no out-of-pocket costs for eligible services. We remain your support team for the long term, not just the claim.
