At IMQ, we use fixed, upfront fees. That means you know exactly what you’re paying from the beginning, with no surprises along the way.
How Our Fees Work
Our fee structure is simple:
- $250 + GST Initial consultation
- $250 + GST Accepted Initial Liability
- $1,650 + GST Permanent Impairment
That’s it.
There are no percentages taken from your claim, and no ongoing deductions tied to your outcome.
What This Means for You
It means your payout is yours.
You keep 100% of what you’re entitled to. We don’t take a share of it.
For many veterans, that’s an important difference. After everything that goes into the claims process, the outcome should benefit you, not be reduced by unclear or ongoing fees.
What’s Covered
All ongoing approved medical care and treatment is funded through DVA.
That includes your consultations, treatment, and ongoing support once your claim is in place. There are no out-of-pocket costs for approved medical services.
Our role is to guide you through the process, support you with the required medical assessments, and help ensure your claim is handled properly from the start.
